All Thumb reviews are done strictly based two persons perspective, are subject to change, and often may contain some opinionated stuff. Don't think of it as hate though, it gives you an opportunity to have a very successful league. While also providing people with leagues a drive to make sure they have a good staff and good framework before they start.
Thumbs: The Uniball-Central Staff rates the tournaments with either a Thumbs up = 1 point, a Fist = .5 points, or a Thumbs down = 0 points.
